Can my driver install the car seat?
No, your driver is not permitted to assist with car seat installation. Please reference the quick start guide and video above for installation instructions.
Can I request two car seats?
At this time every Dallas car has only one WAYB Pico available for use. You are always welcome to install additional car seats of your own for your ride.
Will I be charged for the time it takes me to install the seat?
Alto always waits for 5 minutes free of charge. The install process is relatively quick and easy. You can get started by using the QR code on the carseat.
What testing and safety protocols does the Pico follow?
The Pico meets all U. S. federal safety standards and crash test requirements for forward-facing harnessed safety seats for use in passenger vehicles, and the FAA requirements for use on commercial airplanes.
What size child is a Wayb Pico for?
Make sure that your child meets all of the size requirements to use the Pico: at least 1 year old (recommended age 2+), weighing at least 22 pounds, and at least 30" tall.
What should I do with the Pico car seat at the end of my ride?
You can leave the car seat installed in your Alto at the end of your ride. Your driver will remove the seat after the ride so that you can get on your way quickly.
