Section 2402

Alto Operations Texas LLC d/b/a Alto and its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (“Alto”) strictly adheres to the regulations as codified in Sec.2402.112 of the Transportation Network Companies Operations Code administered by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Alto is committed to providing a safe and inclusive experience to both passengers and drivers. Alto therefore prohibits discrimination against passengers or drivers based on:

• Race,
• Color,
• Religious belief or affiliation,
• National origin,
• Sexual orientation,
• Gender identity,
• Age,
• Disability,
• Marital status,
• Medical condition,
• Or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law.

Alto prohibits discrimination based on a potential passenger’s location or destination within our defined service area. In accordance with the above referenced statute, any driver logged in to Alto’s network must not refuse to provide service to a potential passenger with a service animal.

Any rider or driver found to be in violation of the prohibition will be removed from the Alto platform.

Any passenger who feels discriminated against for any reason should immediately contact Alto at support@ridealto.com and we will take action.
