Get started with Alto's in-app feature for scheduling your ride in advance.

1. Start in the Alto App
Every ride starts the same. Enter your pick up and drop off details on the Welcome screen. Prescheduling is available to Alto Members only. Tap Profile then Membership to upgrade your account.
2. Plan ahead
Tap the clock to see available times for prescheduling your ride. Prescheduled rides must be booked more than one hour in advance of your desired pick up time.
3. Select your pick up time
Scroll to select the perfect time for your pick up. Your pick up time will be a 15 minute window from the time you select.
4. Complete your booking
Tap to confirm your prescheduled ride and check "clean, safe ride" off your to do list. You will be able to track your ride in your app when it is on the way on its scheduled day.

View your prescheduled rides

In the Alto app tap Profile then Prescheduled Rides to view your current reservations.

Cancel a prescheduled ride

You can cancel a ride in your Alto app free of charge up to one hour before your scheduled time. After that, you will be subject to cancelation fees up to $35. To cancel your ride in the Alto app tap Profile then Prescheduled Rides to view your scheduled rides. Tap a ride to cancel. 

Adjust the time or date of a prescheduled ride

To adjust your ride you will need to cancel and rebook your ride in the Alto app more than an hour in advance. Tap Profile then Prescheduled Rides to cancel your scheduled ride, then rebook your ride for your desired time. Please note your quoted rate may change when rebooking a prescheduled ride.
